Clinical care excellent in all aspects administration could be improved greatly! I have had to chase all but my most recent appointment, admin staff need to understand corporate responsibility rather than try to pin blame elsewhere, patient needs to know appointment will be sorted, not whose fault mistake was.was not. Secretary/RBS blamed each other, no one ever apologised for mistakes. I retired as a physio manager here so I understand "the system" and can be proactive in sorting appointment myself. But some patients cannot do this and would wrongly trust the system. Centralised systems like RBS carry high risks.
