Found it difficult to get an appointment because each time i received a text to say someone was ill and that my appointment had been cancelled and then I struggled to get through to anyone on the phone. However the nurse who I just saw was absolutely amazing and made up for the experience. She couldn’t have been more supportive and would like to see her again if I have any further queries. Excellent.
