The receptionist was very rude. She was trying to force me to go down the hospital although There were walk ins available. I did not have the money to go there. She was very abrupt and it made me feel uncomfortable. David and the nurse were amazing, although I would of preferred to have a full screen by the nurse rather than a self swab, so I wasn’t as in control of my care/ treatment as I would of liked. But none the less the nurse was lovely. The wait is also far too long considering I was the 2nd person in the walk in, and appointments are far too hard to get, needs more staff!
