Today at Brook I was seen my a nurse called Julie, she was so welcoming and very assuring that any questions I had were answered. She made sure I was comfortable and had a good experience at Brook. Julie was very gentle when inserting the implant and if there was any problems she made me feel comfortable to ask anything.

As soon as I entered the room I was made to feel so comfortable everything fully explained before anything happened , it can be a little awkward Going into a situation like that but it really wasn’t .

The centre was very clean and tidy and covid safe and the staff all treated me extremely nicely and were very friendly and informative (Colette was my nurse and was very very kind and welcoming)

I went to the Brook to collect some contraception and they gave me lots of options and information so i could make an educated choice about what i wanted to do with my body, they never forced any ideas onto me and i felt as though i had a choice. My nurse was called Chris and she was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel comfortable.
