The services provided by the nurses and staff is brilliant and they are professional at all times. The advice I received was great and the nurse were very understanding of my needs and questions I had. I felt that the nurse (apologies I cannot remember her name) took my problem seriously and listened to everything that I told her and was very thorough with identifying the problem and trying to find a solution. Unfortunately the waiting time at the clinic was rather long and it took over an hour of waiting before I was seen by a nurse. Other than this I would recommend Brook to my friends and family
