Firstly, the online portal is not ready for use. However I had been directed to use it by advertising on the internet and staff at the clinic.
Failure in the online service meant I had to use the walk- in service. I had to wait 3 hours to be seen for an appointment that was less that 5 minutes long. The old clinic in Brierley Hill did not have lengthy wait times for walk in patients. On my arrival I was not told by the receptionist how long the wait would be so I could decide whether or not to stay. Neither did the receptionist who actually advised me to attend the clinic at 11am when I had phoned the day before!
Absolutely disappointed in the fact that the Brierley Hill Health and Social Care center has been taken over by this service. The journey time is longer and the service is terrible!
