Unfortunately I can’t remember the names of the 3 ladies, but all three were very welcoming and over all lovely.
The first woman I spoke to told me she was the nurse who was looking after me, went over the questions from the forms she had to fill in.
I wasn’t made to feel stupid when I didn’t understand a question - some was worded strange & it did confuse me. There was a pregnant woman and another woman who was training. They all spoke to me. I told the ladies that I wasn’t very good with injections, that I knew what they had to do to take the implant out but asked them all to talk my head off and straight away they all did telling me about their Hen-do, pregnancy and training. If I could get the nurse who did my injections to do all my future injections I would! I’ve had bad experiences with having my implants put in/taken out, but I didn’t feel a thing and it honestly didn’t even hurt.
My appointment was at 11:45 at St James Medical Practice, I was seen on time.
