I was absolutely terrified on arrival, but turns out i shouldn't of been so worried thanks to Becky and Jess. I was talked through the procedure beforehand and made to feel very safe and reassured. The procedure itself was fine and done without trouble, all while both ladies were chatting to me and checking I was okay. Can't thank these ladies enough, all the best
