They were both really lovely and kept me calm and chatted to me to keep me distracted and answered all my questions clearly and with no judgment. I felt I completely understood what was going on and was comfortable in there presence.

In non COVID situations I feel would b perfect the only thing I would change is being able to have a friend in with me but that’s out of there control obviously.
