Tracy at reception was absolutely fantastic, she was so helpful and positive towards me when I was feeling anxious! Claire and Courtney were so reassuring about my procedure, always asking if I was okay and so informative about medication. I believe the age should be raised to under 25s as I became desperate for this procedure and I feel like this organisation should be available to all under 25!! We need contraception and it should be available past 19 years of age! Thank you so much to these 3 ladies xx
