This is the second time I had stayed in Wd 18, each time I have been very happy with the care I received. All the staff are lovely :-)
Everything was good, nothing was a bother, it was proper nursing care and more hospitals should take an example from Ward 18. All of the staff had time for you. Whatever you asked for you got. You were never fobbed off. Very experienced staff. Joan Jones.
V Good care
Extremely helpfull staff
The care I got was very good
Everything was great. The staff could not do enough for you and could not have looked after me better. The standard of cleanliness was very good. I would also like to thank Hayley the physio for being patient with me. If anyone complains they are hard to please and ungrateful.
Need to improved tea. Services extremely first class.
Every member of the staff were excellent - so kind & helpful and worked so hard - so kind & helpful & worked so hard - in a word they were brilliant. The ward and toilets and showers were immaculate and apart from the food (which could have just been my taste) we couldn't have had better treatment had we gone privately. I was in this ward 6 years ago and nothing had changed - still the same standard of excellence.
Best care could have everybody was great
