The whole team are a fantastic group of people, I have spent many weeks at my relations bedside and can say with confidence that my mother has had the best care anyone could ask for. As well as everyone being very professional and clearly working together the humanity and respect is outstanding.
All the staff and facilities were second to none
All the staff have been wonderful supportive very caring nothing to much trouble.
The staff were very friendly and caring and attention to pain relief was good and sympathetic. The response to the "nurse" call was prompt at all times and we were never made to feel we asked too often. Whilst the soup tasted "home made" and tasty, I did not enjoy the main part of the food-apart from the porridge !
I would much prefer to fill my food form in myself food OK, but still waiting for some of my choices
The terrible thing was the totally necessary no, se why do the nurses and cleaners have to bellow at each other clash the dirty cutlery into the containers slamming
My care has been good and kindness shown to me by Dr`s, nurses and all staff I am a truly grateful patient of ward 16. My grateful thanks to all concerned with my care during my stay here.
Care was first class. I had great confidence in the whole team. Thank you to all for your help in improving my condition. There is nothing I can think of to improve your exemplaory professionism, maybe a glass of red.
