Before the treatment I was thoroughly briefed about my options. The preparation needed at home prior to examination were thoroughly explained and helpful advice was given about ways to make the experience less troublesome . On the day of the examination I was again briefed and the process of admission and examination was well organised and it made things simple for me as a patients. The process was painless and the medical team were very considerate and briefed me about their findings and arranged a meeting to discuss the results; which were also explained in detail and where my ongoing options were described. Throughout my consultation and examination I was treated professionally, considerately and with kindness.
