This was my best experience ever. I cannot praise the organisation, dedication and professionalism highly enough. From the moment I entered the hospital I have had a positive, therapeutic and memorable experience. I hope other hospitals take note of your practise because it is brilliant. I have no recommendations to improve, just to maintain what you have got because it works. Thank you so much
