cant fault the care i've had from all staff. they were caring, kind & obliging. can I just mention that it would have been better if I had realised how important it was to use the sticks & chairs & toilets etc properly to prevent falls. its so natural for patients to act independently & not want to bother staff & so then put themselves at risk of falling. can this be mentioned repeatedly at the education class. the staff watched me all the time to keep me safe.
