Because Mandy exceptionally friendly and professional and made me feel at ease by explaining everything in detail.

I’m wasn’t comfortable with my name being shouted out when the nurse was ready to see me as I have a unique name and it made me feel a little bit uncomfortable

The staff here are exceptional and always deliver 1st class customer service. From the lovely guy at reception to the consultants and nurses ; they are empathetic, understanding and patient to the particular needs of the service . The black man at reception went above and beyond to ensure my appt went ahead even though I arrived slightly late. The lovely lady (consultant) that met with me was kind and courteous. She answered my many questions and was very polite. A nurse named Rose whom I met with on my last visit is also amazing. She comforted me when I was upset and I will never forget her kindness and grace. You guys are all amazing!

Doctor Avan gave me information and asked how I was, any issues ? Gave me reassurance and offered support if I needed it. Always speaks calmly. I didn’t speak with the nurses. Sharon the receptionist is always good and tries to help with appointments etc. Always polite and kind

I had a bad experience the last time I had a coil removed. Emma the nurse I had today was extremely kind, efficient and treated me with kindness.

I can’t think of anything that would improve today’s experience.
