I spoke to a lady called Sudela, she works with the interpretations of blood results I believe. She was incredibly reassuring, kind and really took the time to explain how sometimes, with blood results, problems are created from nothing. She really made me feel at ease when I was going through a rough patch. It’s workers like her that make a difference :) many thanks Sudela for your compassionate ways.

The staff on reception taking blood nurse & doctors are absolutely wonderful you have a great team .

You could do nothing better in my eyes.

The nurse Emma was very friendly and made me feel at ease the whole appointment. She treated me with dignity kindness and asked throughout the appointment if I understood everything we were discussing and if I wanted to ask any questions on anything I didn't understand . 10/10 .

I was taken into a room by nurses Gio who kept me there for 10 minutes before realising that I'm the wrong patient despite the fact that he confirmed the date of birth, resulting in me having to wait another half an hour to actually be seen. I got to the apology for this, I got no priority to be seen, everyone acted as if it was my mistake for being taken in the back and kept there for 10 minutes for no reason.
