After a very disappointing interaction at queens hospital I felt lost with what to do next. I wasn’t sure what I had or how to resolve the issue. I was provided zero information and felt dismissed. After my visit here today, I feel informed, respected and I now have a plan forward on how to treat my issue. I am so very thankful to the doctor who assessed me today.

Made me feel comfortable as I was nervous. Answered all my questions and were super friendly and understanding. Staff members Sonny and Fadelah thank you we need more caring people like you. Didn't wait to long over my time they did tell us there was a staff shortage the nurse who did the implant was very professional and friendly and so was the reception team
