I take coil treatment from Jane nurse in Loxford practice she didn’t aware me about the after effects of coil. And on 11th of April 2024 i take coil inserted treatment but it starts bleeding after 3 weeks and after 3 weeks I also bleed during intercourse I take emergency appointment from Barking community hospital I see the same nurse here Whose name was Jane I want to talk her but she was ignoring me and the doctor who was treating me didn’t tell me why I bleed during inter course

All the staff on the first floor HIV are very nice, friendly, positive, professional people, they try to help in any way they can. Upon entering, Sharan always greets people with a smile, she is a great and radiant person!

I felt in control of my care and was given enough information and time to make a decision

It would have been nice to know where to call if I was experiencing unexpected symptoms from my treatment. I started to have tingling sensation in my hands and didn’t know what to do.
