Always treated with care and respect. Good explanation of process and consideration for my age and mobility issues. Extremely helpful in arranging transport and home visit when transport is unavailable

I don't think anything could be done better. I get a practically perfect service. I wish my other hospital appointments were as well handed

Sonny is always very helpful and communicative and a pleasure to deal with while in the clinic

Bring back appointments having to sit in the clinic for over 3 hours to get seen is not helpful when trying to arrange time away from work

I was treated very well by the nurse and doctor. They informed me clearly and in a friendly, caring tone, despite how extremely busy they were.

I had to wait over three hours to be seen, as I attended the walk-in clinic, so that couldn't be helped. Despite that, the experience was a pleasant one.

They allowed me to express my needs ( go to toilet before) to relieve my anxiety. Ver professional approach

The examination bed was very uncomfortable. Very slippery no where to position the feet. I believe the procedure should be positioned as a gynae procedure

I researched the treatment I was going to have but the lady who did the procedure for me really went into depth to make sure it was the correct one for me! Explained everything beginning to end whilst procedure was happening which put me to easy! Thankyou

Mandy was my nurse and she was lovely throughout the whole process from my blood test because i don’t like needles to the infusion she gave me

The only thing that needs to be better is the option of having appointments as it’s on a first come first serve basis it’s not effective. I came for the morning session arrived at 8:18 and was the 12th person in the queue, however by the time it reached the 10th person slots were already gone luckily i was seen in the afternoon but this prevents people from recording the help n treatment they need
