When seen by the doctor, everything was explained well and care was given efficiently

The waiting time was horrific
I wanted 3 hours to be seen
It should be appointment based so that you’re not sitting around waiting for so long
I was also not informed of the long waiting time

The doctor Tommy that I had, was very understanding he reassured me to let me know everything he says will be kept confidential and he didnt force or overload me with questions. He was also very kind and understanding and helped me out a lot today.

Just the waiting time to be fair. I was getting impatient but obviously I understand there was other patients.

From my experience, all staff genuinely care.

Maybe consider a separate reception for those who need a little more discretion than is offered by a public reception (I’m thinking about, for example Asian women).

I was provided with the time frame and tablets I need to take to cure my diagnosis. The doctor and nurses was very kind and took good care of me and was also polite throughout our whole conversation
