I was really upset and shocked to find out I contracted Gonorrhoea which was given to me by my ex partner. I wanted to get treatment straight away so I made an appointment online for a telephone appointment with a clinician. Lucky I managed to get one the following day in the morning. Fadela the Clinician was amazing! I became very upset when I was told I could be book in the following day. I work and I'm a single mother. I was so upset my ex betrayed me. I took the day off praying I would get treatment. Fadela understood my situation and she managed to book me in with Nurse Sam who had a last minute cancellation. Sam was amazing! He gave me the treatment and took more swabs. He gave me all the information I needed and put me at ease. He really made me feel better about my situation. Lisa the HCA assisted while Sam was taking the swabs and giving me the injections. I'm afraid of needles and was a bit of a drama queen but Sam was so good I hardly felt anything. I thank them all so much for helping me in my time of need. I can now move on with my life which includes staying away from men and focusing on myself and my daughter. Hopefully there's a man out there for me that will not give me STIs.
