Turned up without an appointment, the receptionist was extremely helpful in helping with my matter. Was looked after my Sam an he was so reassuring an put my mind at ease. Got me in an appointment later that day with the consultant who again was more than helpful. The whole department was friendly, helpful, supportive and I can’t thank them enough.
