The health care person who saw me was very pleasant and informative. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions

My only issue was with reception. When I turned up, the receptionist was asking me to confirm a lot of my personal details to identify myself. This included, my date of birth, my home address and post code and even my gp surgery name. I am happy to provide all this but she asked all these questions well within earshot of other patients who were sitting very nearby. I did not appreciate having to verbally answer her and make my personal information audible to strangers. To improve this, please allow patients to fill a form rather than verbal questioning.
