I think everyone there was kind and caring and helpful. Altogether it was comfy and comfortable but my first appointment I was a few minutes late as I made a mistake in reading the time of my appointment and the nurse / doctor was abit monotone and emotionless. She didn’t seem very happy with helping me because I was slightly late and it didn’t make me very comfortable. Other than that my the trips were quick and smooth and I wouldn’t describe it as a bad experience at all.

Nurses to be abit more empathetic especially to the younger patients who are scared.
