I was in pain and seen quickly. Everyone kind and knowledgeable. Hugely grateful I was able to be treated at Abingdon and not have to find my way to JR. Thank you so much Jack and your colleague (wish I’d asked your name) for actually making me laugh while you did a great job of pulling my bones back into place. And to the lady who did such a quick and accurate plastering job. You should be proud of yourselves. Thank you.

Reduce waiting times if possible

Explained that injury could be managed well by following certain process. Gave advice on what to do if injury doesn't resolve withon certain timeframe. Staff were kind, considerate and caring.

Waiting time was longish but not unacceptably long. Everyone always wants to be seen faster!
