Helpful, friendly staff. Everyone seemed very happy and showed a lot of care for all patients. Clean & fresh areas after recent decoration.
Could not fault the care.
Missed your little ambulance service but appreciated the Oxford ambulance help.

All the staff have been excellent giving care and support all the time. And the ward had a friendly happy atmosphere.

Patient kept informed of everything that was happening or treatment she was going to receive.
Carer's needs were also assessed which was a huge help.

Thank goodness we still have solution focussed staff/ service.
I dreaded My GP saying I needed to go to Hospital - thank goodness it was here.
Many thanks - a wonderful service.

Extremely cheerful & happy welcome as soon as we arrived.
assistant practitioner Sue hands clearly explained everything.
Dr Natalie Joyce very patient with us & clearly answered all questions.
Thank you very much for a pleasant experience.
