Staff extremely kind and helpful. I phoned before hand and they phoned me back to check y husband was OK and to see there wasn't anywhere near. When we arrived everyone was very kind and friendly. The lady at reception gave us some gauze to stop the bleeding and was very caring which made a bad situation better. Thank you.
