Staff were very kind and understanding as I felt very unwell. They attended to me very quickly and actioned a treatment plan without delay. I was on the unit all day and lob sored a team that work well together, constantly offering each other if there was something they needed done. I also observed nurses that spoke to the elderly patients with patience as preserved their dignity. I felt they very much personalized their care, there were not patients but people. The auxiliary staff were attentive.
