Totally uninterested staff including in conversation on round about drastic decline.
Since symphony have taken over. No humanistic approach security guineos!

Nothing running 30 mins late. You expect patient to turn up on time. Dr runs 30 minutes late. No apology what so ever. Not good enough. No wonder NHS is going down the path. Very unhappy.
