The telephone answering service could be improved greatly - very difficult to get an appointment over the phone and with my health conditions which can be life threatening it doesn't instill confidence.

The staff are fantastic, lovely, kind, compassionate and the doctors are amazing. However if I had a problem and needed to see a doctor because it wasn't A and E worthy I could be waiting up to 2 hours and on the phone to try and get an appointment only to be told to call back in the morning. If it was something serious I'd probably not get seen until it was too late!
