I was late for my appointment because I was told wrong surgery. Do not give people appointment in different surgery or inform them and ask if patient is happy to attempt with usual surgery. This is ridiculous, but I am lucky that I could drive. How many people cannot drive? You wasting money!

When you can get an appointment care is very good. Appointments seemned few and far between. Phoning in is also unlikely to be easy. I was on the phone for 1/2 hr and still 3rd in row. Had to give up.

Everything was perfect, really listened to me and put my mind at rest. The nurse who done my bloods was lovely too.
