My bus was late to town so I was a little behind in time. I rushed down to boots with my boyfriend who was on crutches to have my blood test. My appointment was 9:50 but when we got there it was 9:53 so i thought i made it one time, i went to sign in at it said there was a problem. I went to the reception, one receptionists was serving a customer and two were at the back talking together about non work relative things. I was waiting there for ages but they wouldn't serve m. In the end it was the one who had a customer who served me, by this time it was 9:56 so i was later for my appointment. They told me I had to re book as they couldn't fit me in. But it wasn't my fault I was that late, it was the bus and the two receptionist that didn't serve me sooner. Not happy with the customer service.
