The first point of contact, receptionist, are rude ; aggressive; unhelpful; impolite and lacking all the skills to communicate positively to a patient during booking and post appointment. The surgery is collecting survey data to focus on their weak areas but unfortunately practice manager has no clue to improve the service or implement any changes in favour of patients. I complained by sending an email to the practice manager and talked to him today; to my surprise he is unaware of any complaint made or seen such an email. No customer service skills and waste of time, and with this attitude of all the staff, I don't think they ever will improve.
