I was outside before 08.00. I saw a receptionist. I told her that the problem with my foot was the bane of my life. I couldn't run anymore due to the pain. Sort of self-explanatory that I'd had the problem for while. I asked to see a doctor. I was told that I'd see the nurse practitioner at 15.00. I saw the nurse practitioner, She asked how long I'd had the problem. I said six-months plus. She told me that I shouldn't be there, then; as the clinic was for new ailments. I told her that I'd told the receptionist that it was not new. She tutted. She told me it was a verruca. Told me to get Blitz That Verruca from the chemist. 'Better than paying eight quid for a prescription. It's only about three quid', she said. I told her that I was unemployed, and that I didn't pay for prescriptions. She said: oh. The stuff is six-quid-plus in the chemist. 'Did I get great care today? Well, no, I rather think that I didn't.
