Share review of Wawn Street Surgery

Thank you for your feedback and comments. At the point of any communication with the patient, the staff share the up to date information regarding appointments. However, such information is subject to change at any one time for various reasons, the most common being cancellation of appointments. We do sympathise with our patient's fustrations, and work closely with our Patient Participation Group to develop and improve services where appropriate. Our PPG welcomes new members and we would encourage our patients to play an active role in the future development of their practice.
