Receptionist informed me that test results were all fine so I obviously believed them and due to lack of knowledge on their part 18 months later I am informed I now need a knee replacement which may have been avoided if I had correct test results 18 months ago now I have received info that receptionists are now care navigators this is ridiculous and am not prepared to discuss my problems with a receptionist
