The ONLY weakness in service is being able to get through by telephone to arrange an appointment and sometimes being unable to get a prompt appointment. I don't see this as entirely the surgery's responsibility but as the result of financial and government pressures on GPs and NHS generally

Thank you for your positive feedback. We try our very best to give all of our patients the time and best care that we can whenever possible. We sympathise with our patients' fustrations and work closely with our Patient Participation Group. We would encourage our patients to play an active role in the future development of the practice services and the PPG would welcome new members.
