Thank you for your feedback and comments. We are sorry that our practice did not meet your expectations of the service. We would like to assure you that we always aim to provide a high standard of service to our patients. We have recently carried out a piece of work regarding our Telephone System, the results of which are displayed in the reception waiting area and practice website. We work closely with our Patient Participation Group to develop and improve our services where appropriate. Our PPG welcomes new members and we would encourage patients to play an active role in the future development of their practice services.
