The doctors and nurses are always very helpful. I think the reception area needs to be changed so that patients can speak to the receptionists on matters of a confidential nature if needed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are aware that the layout at the Reception desk does not afford patients very much privacy. We do have a notice at the Reception desk advising patients that if they want to discuss anything in private to let the Receptionist know. I hope my response helps you.
