Doctors are always nice and professional, just a shame I can not say this about the receptionists. Totally unprofessional and haven’t a clue in what they’re doing. Doesn’t seem to be any organisation or systems in place and when they are, it still doesn’t run smoothly! Absolutely dreadful!!!
