I have been with the practice some thirty five year, throughout this time! I have always found all the staff helpful and professional. They are inivotive and accommodate the different needs as the practice requires changes. I feel the appointment system is difficult to negotiate as appointments have a number of restrictions placed upon them, this may be a staffing issue or a system that is overloaded? The receptionist always seem under pressure, however they always remain cheerful and helpful!
