My doc tor always takes symptoms seriously and gives me an honest opinion. I have never been made to feel a time waste. I think this is important for the elderly, as a negative attitude by the doctor might make one hesitate to ask for help.

Never felt rushed in the time in the surgery - Al credit to the GP's. Checking in for an appointment has been fine except for the waiting time until being seen. On one occasion it said fifteen minutes so I left to move my car to find I'd been called in my absence. Other times have said zero minutes instead of ten.

Appointment same day. Dr had time to explain and reassure.

I asked if an appointment could be agreed and time left on my phone. You lost my mobile number and I had to phone you back after you obtained my number from my wife. Patient confidentiality? Appointment time eventually left on my mobile as requested. General note premises are rather old and could be modernized or relocate to new premises.
