The doctors listen to me, they are caring, they involve me in decisions regarding health. The receptionists are friendly and give you time and are respectful. The surgery waiting area is warm, clean and pleasant, I wouldn't want to change this surgery as it's the best in the area!

I dislike standing a person who is given an appointment the following day and I am told to ring at 8 am for mine. I didn't bother with the way appointments are dealt with.
