I was at the surgery at 8:50 on the 18th July. The doctor was very good and asked a lot of question to make sure he got all that was wrong. Later he got all the other male doctor to see me to see if all was well I suppose.

One of our chief regrets in leaving Storth is that we obviously have to register with another Medical Practice. We have used Stoneleigh for 14 years and have always received great care and attention, and are very thankful it was our nearest practice. Specifically we have been treated by Drs Pearson and Allan, and have been totally confident in their treatment and diagnoses, and are very grateful to this A* team ! Rosalind and David Franklin

Great -Staff attitude and caring nature. -Appointment system. Improve -Waiting times. Always late for appointment. -Time to answer phone.

For the 3rd time this year the computer 'annual' system has failed to 'send' to the nurse. I haven;t been seen until reporting to the desk having been rept waiting ages. This never happens when seeing the Dr?!.
