The length of time waiting for the Drs its hard enough getting an appointment then you are kept waiting for ages. Making sure the system one machine is actual working properly as we have been sat waiting for 1 hr due to the machine not taking my sons name and iv had to take him out of school for this appointment and its a crusial year! This surgery has drastically gone down hill since it moved onto Derby road and Dr Hazel died!

I like the way my G.P listen's and then discusses options. although I rang for my app with my chosen G.P on 26th Nov 2014 and first available one with them was 5th Jan 2015. (A long wait!!).
