The one thing that constantly lets down this otherwise very good practice is the telephone answering service. It is like three different voices - all offering 'options' (one message being repeated). All this takes time. The other day I was holding on for 10 minutes - only then to be cut off. When one if feeling unwell this is the last thing needed. Do your lovely professional, receptionists justice and get an answer phone that reflects them!
