I think that to wait well over an hour for my appointment is not good. Yes, there can be emergencies crop up, but why did it take almost an hour for a receptionist to actually advise us, all sitting there waiting. Also if my appointment was at say 930, and there were emergencies crop up, how come people who arrived at 1000 got into see my doctor before I did, their appointment was obviously later than mine, and it was several of them.
