My experience today was good and the receptionist was v helpful with my concerns. Sadly recent previous experience has been very poor and unhelpful! As far as trying to get an appointment is concerned I almost have a panic attack thinking about it. However the ring back service is a great improvement but it would be helpful to know your position in the queue.

Today was fine and I’ve covered my views above.

Cant see a,doctor never get through on phone unless waiting long time terrible system should be able to leave a number and for surgery to phone you back

Depends how long it takes you to get through ..i dont understand how you can ring at 2mins to 8 and surgery is vlosed ring at 8 and be 30 in the queue.

I was only there to get a blood sample done. I booked myself in and didn't reslly have any interaction with reception. No real descisions to be made. Surgery was clean so the reason for 5 star for cleanliness.
