I had a text message to book for a health check. I was given a link to book an appointment, i had a few choices. I arrived at the reception and i was greeted by Shirley, who always has a very pleasant manner. I only had to wait a few minutes after my appointment time. I was called in by the nurse, who introduced herself as Joy. She had explained what the health check was about and what was needed for the tests. After the tests, she informed me how and when to obtain my test results. She was also very pleasant. The surgery overall was clean and tidy and patient service was great.

Excellent service, receptionist very helpful and polite, I just don’t understand why when you ring at a couple of minutes before 8 the message says we are closed, you redial immediately and you are number 17 in the Queue, any explanation for this please.

I received a phone call from the surgery for my smear test appointment…not something I look forward to, I received the confirmation text and turned up for my appointment…I was then told I was 5 months early for my smear and it wasn’t going to happen today!!! Wasted my time and the nurses time and I am not happy about this!

No wasted my time, contacted me to cancel the appointment that I didn’t need to be at for another 5 months
